"Mommy, I want ice cream." Simone told me when she heard the bell rang from downstairs.
"Mommy, I want ice cream", motioning me to carry her.
"Say, mommy, can we buy ice cream?" I said. And she did! Okay fine.
"Where's your money?" I asked her. I looked around for $1 gave it to her, carried her and went out of the house.
Inside the lift, she said, "Take money, take money."
"Yes, mummy take money and buy ice cream."
The ice cream man played a joke on her and unfortunately, she wouldn't want to talk anymore.
I told her to say, "One ice cream please!"
Well, just now, I realized that she can say whole sentences. (She is 2 years and 2 months old--for my reference LOL.)
Famous Lines:
"Mummy, I want some more green tea"
I always revise it and ask her to say, "Mummy, can I have some more green tea?"
*Can I or May I is more polite for me rather than saying "I want" which means in my opinion, that she can have what she wants if she uses that term. Can I/may I is seeking approval/permission.
"Simone scared"
"Mummy, I want (to) paint." She paints on weekends.
"Uh-oh, mummy _______ dropped"
"Mummy, blue truck" or whatever thing she sees.
"Mummy, where are you?"
"Mummy, baby cry" if she sees one.
Basically, whatever she sees she will say it.
"Mummy, what's that?" pointing to a broccoli when we were in the grocery.
"Mummy, in school, no mommy. Teacher Shiela." and she calls me that. haha
"Simone eat. Simone shower. Simone cry." or whatever she does, she will say.
Yesterday, after I showered her, I was just taking a dress out from her closet and before I even showed to her... "NOT NICE" she was looking at me. I put back and took another one. "NOT NICE" she said again. HAHA!!!! Those I picked out were given to her, and not I bought. Hmm, a little demanding fashionista!
About to go out, I hid her Melissa rabbit shoes because she uses it all the time and not using her other ones.
"Rabbit shoe(s), where? Rabbit shoe(s) where?" Oops!
"This is mine, Simone!" When someone snatches her stuff
"Mummy, I want (to see) fish" pointing to the seafood area at the grocery. She wanted to see the fish. LOL.
"This is fun!" few days ago with her cousins.
"Gong Xi Fa Cai!" when we entered a crowded lift. Everyone laughed. Cutie!
And a bunch more!!!!! It's just so amazing to hear her talking!
This is the time to really teach her how to say things! I'm so happy to be able to communicate with her so well.
