The Princess Phase

Loving this phase. At 2 years 4 months, she chooses which princess she wants to be for the day.

Few days ago in school, she went up to me showing her hair style fixed by her teacher and said, "Mommy, look! I'm princess Belle." I was surprised that she actually mentioned a particular princess! "Wow, so you're princess Belle today huh?"

The next day, her teacher informed me that she asked her hair to be fixed, "I want Elsa hair."

Then, yesterday, she wanted me to fix her hair, "I want princess Jasmine."

And today, She asked, "I want (to) fix hair mommy, I want princess Ariel." haha. You mean you wanted red hair?

What!!! so tomorrow, I'm guessing Cinderella? lol

I know where this is heading to.... princess costumes!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so excited now. Looking for costumes now haha!

She loves this hairstyle you can't see. haha

"Mommy, I want this one, I want dress."

Manila in March

After starting to work again 6 months ago, I just needed a break from everything. I'm just so tired, working during the day as a preschool childcare teacher, and going home taking care of Simone (which I don't mind duh). I think 1 kid is enough for me (for now), my own daughter haha! Too many kids makes me crazy LOL. Anyways, yay welcome back to Manila! We didn't go out of town anymore, we just want to R&R!

Eggzoited to drag her luggage at 5am LOL.

Bought her luggage at a great deal!

"I want cookie, mommy, please?"

Thank God she finally has her own seat! No more squeezing here and there.

Day 2 was still a family date at Fun Ranch!

Mom found my old Polly Pockets! She loves it.

Yup, chopped my hair off again plus fresh color!

With the cuzzos!

She didn't want to get out.

I love chubby's!

Oh, just in case you were wondering about my long hair, I got those extensions because I couldn't manage my hair! It was too short, I told my stylist not to cut it, as I am growing my hair. He still did. Bleh haha. Whatevs.

Toilet Training Update

Great news--for myself and the hubs.

Simone can nap without diapers! yay! She can stay dry for like 2 hours, or she will wake up and go pee. She has been diaper-less during naps for about a week now...mommies, I hope you understand how happy I am!!!!! This is like, just step 2 out of 4! First step is of course being able to toilet train (read my previous posts Toilet training- first attempt,  and Success at 22 months )Second is able to do during nap time, third is toilet training in public (yikes! I am preparing that now, will let you know how it goes soon) and the last step is of course, diaper free at night(preparing that too!)

I get it now: if I put diapers on her, that gives her the approval to pee. So she pees. But if I don't put, she will go to the toilet and pee before she sleeps, and wakes up wanting to go to the toilet right away. This afternoon, she woke up and ran to the kitchen where I was and told me she wanted to pee. I was so happy. haha. Great job, Simone. Now, let's continue this and move on to the next level: Toilet Training in Public! Eep. Still gives me the shrills!

Tatah!!
